Starting over for the news week again! Actually I have an internship work at Bangkok Airport today but the station manager of Aeroflot (I work for that National airlines of Russia) just cancel it, so i'm free !!!

How to Choose a Good MLM Online Company?

You've heard many horror stories about MLM /network marketing programs. But what you are really hearing about are stories relating to illegal programs or pyramid schemes. Basically, pyramid schemes have no real, viable and worthy product. Obviously, you do not want to participate in such schemes. You want to be associated with a high quality product that you will readily endorse.

Why participate in a MLM or network marketing company then? The lure of joining a MLM has great appeal: It allows you to work part-time, gives you an opportunity to build residual income and you become a small business owner. MLMs have created many illionaires. Those who are successful testify that it is a result of hard work, continuous prospecting, motivating and training others.

The concept of MLM is simple. Instead of paying huge advertising sales and marketing costs to promote their products, MLM companies convert their loyal customers into a huge sales force. They rely on word-of-mouth to do the marketing. The commission from the savings on employing sales staff, advertisement and promotions is paid to you instead. It is a win-win situation for both the company and the MLMer.

If you decide to join one, please note that many MLMs require an initial investment. Before making such an investment, here are 10 tips on how to choose a good MLM program to promote:

Alright guys, I'm back here again :-) Today I would like to talk about an Japanese - American businessman named Robert T. Kiyasaki (on the left). He was born in Hawaii and used to worked for the army in the Vietnam War before. Robert is the owner of the conceptual tool named "The Cashflow Quadrant" which explain how all money in the world is earned to the concept E-S-B-I which mean E = Employee, S = Self Employed or Small Business Owner, B = (Boss) Business Owner and I = Investor. The main point of his books recommend the reader to run Network Marketing Business, in order to be B (Business Owner). When you first time seeing this weird logo above, may I ask you what is on your mind ??? For me, I thought of a gas & oil company in Thailand named PTT (just click on the word to see its logo, Hehehe). Honestly I really love Agel logo, you know. It looked trendy and mystery by its shape. So I fasinated with it a lot!!!

Okay, the point of this post is not the logo, it's about the name of Agel. I will explain you as my opinion. Agel Enterprises is an american MLM companies based in Utah. The company was supported by Ash Capital and launched in March, 2005 with opening 10 countries around the world. Just 2 years later the company signed off his last check final payment on Ash Capital investment loan to become a debt free company. Nowadays Agel opening over 53 countries covered most continently all around the world. The company hit the 5 million USD top of MLM history at the first month because of innovative and unique gel product packages.

Moreover the powerful and non-rival products Agel has, the company also provide the revolutionary compensation plan call Quadra Plan. Most of the former plans in the world have their own advantages and disadvantages. But Quyadra Plan just takes the advantages of each plan, then gathering them to one ideal plan, which you can obviously see that there are a number of people who are successful with Agel even the company has not so long opened. There are so many reasons why I decide to run Agel business, you know. Originally I never trust in any MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) company before, because I think they are just cheating people around, like pyramid scheme which is illegal(I remind you again, it is ILLEGAL!!!). And as well as my believe in food supplement that I never had it before, I always thought that there is no need to take it. None of Thai doctors I know recommend me to take food supplement also. Both of my negative reasons has changed after I read the book named "What Your Doctor Doesn't Know About Nutritional Medicine May Be Killing You" by Ray D. Strand M.D.

I just found that there is another way to heal the diseases by Nutritional Medicine (or food supplement) which is popular in leading countries of the world, e.g. Australia, USA, England, etc.

Alright and the next point is, it is difficult for me to understand the compensation plan of any MLM company. I just know that if we sell more, we get commission more. I hate selling job, I never dream to be a salesman, never ever ! But you know, Agel compensation plan is so very simple and was designed for anyone including non-experienced people to be successful in this business as well. Especially this Agel timing!!!, it let us sell the project which give us a chance to be the owner of the market. And if we extremely work hard for 2-3 years, we will retire our working to gain both time and financial freedom for TRUE !

First introduction !

Hi everyone,

First of all, let me introduce myself first. My name is Nithi D. Smiankhid. You can call me shortly DOME. I'm 22 years old college student from Thailand and my majoring is Aviation Business Management. I used to be participant of Work & Travel program in USA 2008 to Virginia Beach, VA for 3 months. But you know, earning money in the US is completely different if comparing in Thailand, with same kind of works but the salary rate made me more eager to work. Totally three months, I earned over 7,000 USD that I never earned in Thailand before. Would you like to know how did the money come ??? Let me explain you, I worked for 3 jobs in one day(1 shift = 8 hour/job). It obviously mean in 24 hours, I spent time working there like a labour (lol).
